Manager got very defensive and almost aggressive in answering my question. I would never have agreed to taking the device if the sales rep would not have lied to me. He stated to me and my husband that the device rental was covered by my insurance, and that I would not incur dynadplint expense personally, as Dynasplint would only take what the insurance would pay.
